The Hiring Process

SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
At Micropulse we keep it simple; we use one general application for all prospective employees. When applying for a position you will be asked to create a profile, upload a resume (preferred, but not required), and complete the entire online application.
You will receive an automated confirmation that your information has been received. Once the application has been received, our human resources department will identify and notify any candidates that will move forward in the hiring process.
PHONE OR EMAIL CONTACT
Typically only candidates who have been identified as meeting the qualifications and requirements of an open position or future opportunities will be contacted for an interview. These candidates will be contacted via email and/or phone.
All candidates being considered for employment, regardless of position, will take an assessment before being interviewed. This assessment gauges both mechanical aptitude (for certain positions) and culture fit (all positions). This assessment typically takes candidates 45 minutes to complete.
COMPLETE ONSITE INTERVIEW
During this interview, we will sit down and have a conversation with you to determine if you are the right match for any current or future employment opportunities. We will also answer any questions that you may have about the position or Micropulse.
